British Gas Are you kidding me !
British Gas what a joke !
Customer Service (if you can call it that) - just lie
Direct Debit date - oh just forget that they take money when they feel like it (you try getting it back)
And as for pricing (we have solar panels and are hardly in) - they set the amount based on previous bills
Year 1 just over £90 - all fine
Year 2 - they put it down to £79 per month as in credit
Year 3 - back up to £90 with no explanation - once questioned we agreed to keep it there as price changes - 3 months later end of the month ( No Direct Debit Date) £153 per month
They then apologised and put it back to £90 (no explanation or real apology)
2 months later back to £154 (and a new Direct Debit date) - no explanation/apology and they have continued to ignore all complaints
So Good bye British Gas - as swapped today and cancelled all billing
