Anyone help as I can't get too much joy from the CS centre.
Using on-line banking can you view when a statement is due and the date the payment is due.
Is it necessary if you want to pay from your HSBC current account to use the "make a payment" facility and enter all the details, as if it was any other CC from another bank.
The CS rep changed her mind twice as to how soon before the due date the statement would come 1/2 weeks. I would like to be able to see it on-line to ensure payment.
