How Do I Contact Ikano Bank?

I have an existing loan agreement with Ikano Bank from a purchase of furniture a year or so ago. I repay by direct debit but I am changing my current account. I have tried phoning their helpline no. 03717813057 but whichever menu option and route I choose, I eventually get the same recorded message (during working hours) directing me to their website, and they end the call.
So I go to their website, enter my customer no. and message. I have done this 4 times so far without a reply, not even an acknowledgement. Are they still trading? No doubt they'll be quick to surcharge if I miss a payment because my old bank account is closed and they can't be bothered to contact me.

If you use the current account switch service the direct debit will be moved over automatically.
Their website says they will respond to emails within 10 working days, have you waited this long? You could always try sending them a letter with the new account details.
Failing that you could switch to paying by standing order - though you’d have to keep track of your balance to avoid overpaying:

You can also write to them by post.
