Nightmare with gopro

Hi, I have been trying to resolve an issue with gopro for 4 weeks and i  just can not get anywhere. In summary I omade and order 25th June and after a week of waiting my order was delivered via ups but had a different person's items inside. I raised the issue straight away and have been receiving the same template email responce every few days saying that you were waiting on a response from their Orders Team. I have been passed pillar to post told to contact ups then ups say its gopro issue. This customer service has been awful, they don't have an email or phone number. They have a chat and ring back service that's only available Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, so useless for anyone that works. I have tried to get ring backs that never come and have visited the website at 17:30 and they have already closed down for the day..... I still don't have my items and have been told I cant have a refund and they can't just send me what I payed for again until its investigated so I'm stuck having paid out over £300 and nothing to show for it but a few extra gray hairs. Please please please help me.

If you paid by card, it's time to get them involved.  I assume you still have the incorrect items?
