Moved house in January 2020 informed tonic and final bill direct debit was paid as usual on time.
In in September tonic bombarded me requesting final payment of over £500 when I had already left the company and given readings and paid.
After threatening them with the ombudsman and escalating it for investigation I got lots of Excuses saying the systems were down and we have an upgrade eventually to get them off my back foolishly I paid some of the money .
Today 15 months after my house move i’ve received a letter from a company called credit style saying I owe £265?
This is appalling don’t know where to go next tonik we’re incompetent according to my reckoning they probably owed me money !when will this stupidity end any advice please ?
