Just seen that Tide have increased the offer to £100 cashback if you use the code: AUG100 for the BH weekend and complete registration by 31st August but you need to deposit £100 to activate.

The code FREE75 is still active and only requires £1 deposit if that suits you better.

I've now ditched my Santander business account and transferred to Tide.  I think that it will be more cost-effective, plus the app is whizzier!

With all the bank switching offers around at the moment.... this one really is a decent offer without all the actual switching required. My friend in the office joined up this morning and was fully registered in a few minutes and used the code FREE75.

I've been progress chasing on the status of my bonus which has not yet been credited to my account but their customer support set up doesnt seem to be able to answer a simple question!   Having communicated with them via their internal messaging system, all I keep receiving is the response " we are looking into it"   Not at all impressed!  Anybody else having or had similar issues?

How long has it been since you joined? Pretty sure you will have no problem getting the bonus cash as Tide (for me at least) have been fantastic. I know of a couple of people who joined on this offer (plus myself) and none of us had any problems getting the bonus paid out. In fact the last person who joined - received the payment in a few days...

Two key ones are: 1. bonus is paid within 8 weeks and you must deposit at least £1 within 3 months of account opening.

If you satisfy those points - I'm pretty sure they will payout soon. Might just be a very popular offer and they are catching up.

Yep and within the time scales in the T and C's.    My problem was with the very poor communication between Tide and me and the ambiguous responses which took ages to arrive.
