Best COVID travel insurance

I have done a search for COVID travel insurance which returns a long list of providers. It would take a long time to go through these and read the T&Cs.
So I was wondering if anyone had any experience of a great provider, and/or what kind of cover I should be getting.
For example, would I be covered if government rules changed for my destination and I decide not to go? Will I get a refund for my hotel and flight? etc
