Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knows, with the HTB ending March 2023, deputed we need to complete before the expiry of that?

If it’s like the 2013-21 HTB EL scheme then sales had to complete by 31st March 2021 although a 2 month extension was granted due to covid. I expect the current scheme to be the same.Kel_bels said:Hi all,

Three months to exchange contracts once ATP issued then six months to complete once ATE is issued.Lover_of_Lycra said:I think there is also a time limit of 6 months from your HTB EL application being accepted and completion.
As far as the new scheme is concerned, you have to complete within the scheme year in which you apply and your developer has funding. IE you can't reserve/apply in 2021/22 for a 2022/23 completion.I am a mortgage broker.
