testingforall lost my covid test sample / refund

I sent back my test to testingforall (recommend on this site)    The royal mail shows it was received but they cannot find it! Why do they not offer a full refund as i have not received what i paid for? Should i raise a merchant dispute with card?

What was their rationale for not giving a refund?
Yes you can dispute but it's best to ask them first.

hiya, yes a asked and they pointed me to to the terms and conditions which has a set amount not full... which seems unfair at the least.

We don't know what the Ts&Cs say or how much the set amount is, but yes if you think it's unfair then dispute the charge.
Ts&Cs are not gospel - they can be unfair, illegal or unenforceable (think of a "hit" contract to murder someone).
The law overrides whatever the Ts&Cs say.
I'd be saving a screenshot of that Royal Mail evidence.
