Car fixed poorly twice

Hello I am just looking for some advice
So i have had my car fixed through a third party insurer due to a no fault accident
My car came back the first time and the repair they had done was not good the 2 door were a different colour to the rest of the car, the seals were hanging off, dirty finger marks on the ceiling the front door was not in alignments and lots of other bits.
So the car went back they had it for 3 weeks and it came back and they have just sprayed the front quarter and the back quarter to try and blend it in but the colour difference Is massive so I could tell instantly, the door was still not in alignment they had not fixed any of the other little repairs, I have been back back in touch with the insurance and they have said to see what the garage say.
The garage have said to send it back
I do not want to send the car back to the same garage.
Where do I stand?
Also I am going to being selling the car once everything has been sorted but the car has been valued at half the price due to being crashed and repaired. Where do I stand there also?
And advice would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Assuming it was the third party insurers who instructed the repairer and not an accident management company you should raise a complaint listing all the issues. Just be aware because you claimed from the third party insurer you can't escalate to the ombudsman.

The way I would approach it is to go to a different but large reputable bodyshop recommended by the dealer for your make of car. Ask them to quote to fix all the issues. Be prepared for the answer it's a can of worms they are not prepared to open as they don't know how deep the bodges go. Then go back to the insurer with the quote or refusal and ask them to authorise the garage to do the work or to buy the car from you for the market value of the car pre accident.

Once repairs have been sorted properly there will be no devaluation of the car unless it is something really special like an Aston Martin or Lambo. I think you are getting yours wires crossed with cars that have been written off.
