Your contract was with landlord (who is probably not agent). Who is named as landlord bon your tenancy agreement please?
Suggest you write/email to them about the matter, copy agent, keep copy . And pay nothing unless there is actually court order.
Cheeky agents.
To be a lettings agent in England requires no qualifications, no training, no criminal records check. You could be dealing with a bunch of ex-cons in early release from their sentences for GBH & fraud. Literally.

The DPS dispute process is voluntary, ie the landlord and tenant don't have to use it.
However, if they do use it, they sign up to be bound by the adjudication, and I don't see how one of the parties can then validly threaten legal proceedings.

But that's academic, since the arbitrators have already agreed with the OP.
This is just the landlord flapping their lips threatening to take them to court. If they do, then the first part of the OP's defence is simple - "the arbitrators agreed with me". It's then up to the claimant to show why the debt is valid, despite the arbitrators disagreeing. And that's precisely why it's almost certainly an empty threat.0
