If a windscreen is replaced is the excess that I have to pay, just the windscreen one or do I have to pay as well the compulsory and voluntary ones as well?

In my experience you only pay the Windscreen Excess typically around £100. If you had to pay the other excesses as well there probably wouldn't be any point in having Windscreen cover in the first place.0

Yes, you just pay the windscreen excess.

I’ve claimed for cracked windscreen, my excess is £100 but the preferred repairer insisted I also pay for the screen moulding another £30 as the insurer does not pay this. Regretfully I went with an internet insurance who do not have a face, other than sales and a separate claims company. Any suggestions how to get the £30 back? Are they even allowed to do this?0

Log a complaint with your insurer... whilst they delegate claims handling to the windscreen company they are still responsible for the overall service etc.0
