Shared Access Ownership

Fist off thank you for taking the time to read my post.

We have a shared access path to the side of our house that and on the other side are two garage belonging to owners of the houses next to them. We having some issues with rubbish and dumped items there and getting a little fed up of clearing it up all the time. We have approached them but they are rather aggressive. I have downloaded a copy of the deeds and I honestly still can't work out if we own it or not. It is highlighted in pink and says the following:

2 A Transfer of the land tinted pink on the filed plan and other land dated 28 April 1978 made between (1) Nameoforiginlbuyer (Transferor) and (2) buildersname (Tranferee) contains the following provision:-

"The Transferee shall not be entitled to any easement or right of light or air or otherwise which would restrict or interfere with the free use of any adjoining adjacent or neighbouring land of the Transferor for building or any other purpose."

5 The land has the benefit of the following rights granted by a Deed dated 3 December 1979 made between (1) builders Public Works Co.

Limited and (2) Jnameoforinalbuyer :- "In pursuance of the said agreement builders hereby grant and convey unto Mr and Mrs nameoforinalbuyer ALL THAT the right for Mr and nameoforinalbuyer l and their successors in title owners or occupiers for the time being of the land edged blue on the said plan at all times and for all purposes to pass on foot only over and along the piece of land coloured green on the said plan for the purpose of obtaining access to and egress from the land edged blue on the said plan TO HOLD the same unto nameoforinalbuyer in fee simple as beneficial joint tenants as appurtenant to the land edged blue on the said plan.
