When should I apply for a new balance transfer?

Hey everybody, I'm a newbie so bear with me! I got 2 new 0% bt credit cards in September (RBS and Natwest) which didn't have the credit limit I was hoping for and I have another 0% deal due to end next February.
Will those credit cards affect my new application and when should I apply for another 0% balance transfer for the deal ending in February?
Thanks everyone!

I've answered this question for you on the *Best Balance Transfer* sticky.

Btw, Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest both belong to the same stable, so perhaps it's not surprising you were handed low limits.
