I went in our local Tesco supermarket last week and couldn't spot the poster anywhere.
I asked an assistant about it, but neither she nor the manager knew anything about it.1 -

Same as Angelwings. I searched the whole store & asked every member of staff I found (who all knew nothing about it) but it was actually by the customer service desk in ours where there is a newspaper stand, not on the visible side but on the 'back'. Not in the aisle where all the papers & mags are.

Thanks @ANGELWINGS and @aligiraffe I will have another look when we go next week. I bought a magazine from the stand, but didn't notice anything. Didn't go to the service desk though, will have a look there next time.

After going to tesco and being unable to find this along with some members of staff I contacted the daily mail customer team. They said:
Thank you for contacting us.I have looked into this for you and can advise the QR codes are not in every store. You have to find the QR codes. You can enter the normal Golden Unicorn on MyMail, the QR codes is an extra and they are normally hidden in the area of the answer.3 -

(Not asking anyone specifically, just musing)0
