1)The winner can select from one (1) of the following prize options. All prize options comprise of an allowance of £200 towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer, a three (3) night stay in Scotland being offered for two (2) people and £500 (total) spending allowance.

Option one TAY HOUSE GUEST HOUSE
Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Tay House, Guest House sharing a standard room
Allowance of £90 (total) for daily breakfast to be taken next door at the Atholl Arms Hotel
Allowance of £80 (total) for dinner on one evening to be taken at Perth Arms Hotel
Full day private guided salmon fishing with lunch, equipment, refreshments & transport

Option two FALLS OF DOCHART INN
Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Falls of Dochart Inn sharing a standard room
Daily cooked Scottish breakfast
Allowance of £100 (total) for dinner on one evening to be taken at the Falls of Dochart Inn
Full day guided fishing with a local Ghillie including equipment hire

Option three CRAIGHEAD HOWFS
Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Craighead Howfs in a Hobbit style, self-catering Cottage
Dinner on one night at the nearby Shez Roux Restaurant at the Cromlix Hotel including a bottle of wine to share and transport to and from the cottage
Return transport on one day – Cottage – Orchill Loch Trout Fishery
1 day permit for fishing at the Orchill Loch Trout Fishery

Option four MONACHYLE MHOR HOTEL
Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Monachyle Mhor Hotel sharing a farmhouse room
Daily cooked Scottish breakfast
Dinner on one evening at the Monachyle Mhor restaurant with a bottle of wine to share
Full day guided fishing with a local Ghillie including equipment hire

Option five PERLE OBAN HOTEL
Three (3) nights’ accommodation at the Perle Oban Hotel sharing a standard sea view room
Daily cooked Scottish breakfast
Allowance of £205 for dinner on one evening to be taken at the Perle Oban restaurant
Full day fishing trip on a boat including rod hire and guidance if required

2)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

3)The prize must be taken by the 31st October 2022. Travel cannot be taken over 15th December 2021 to 5th January 2022, 2nd April 2022 to 19th April 2022, 2nd May 2022, 2nd June 2022 to 4th June 2022, 29th August 2022 or any special event taking place at the selected accommodation. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

4)Booking is subject to availability.

5)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

6)Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

7)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

8)An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACs transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 2 guests/£200. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winners responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.

9)If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all winners affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

10)Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
