Inheritance proof

Not sure if posting in the correct place but very much hoping someone can help. My father died in 2018, his partner was executor of his will, and she applied for probate online herself. Everything went ok but now I need to prove where I got the money I am using for a house deposit. (My share of my fathers house which he left to me) The letter I have received from my solicitor says it should be a letter from the person/solicitor who obtained probate. The issue is that my father’s partner and I have not spoken for 2.5 years since everything went through (her choice not mine.) I doubt very much she will help me with anything. Does anyone know if I could use a copy of my fathers will as proof of my inheritance? I also have a copy of a letter from the conveyancer she used to sell my father’s property saying how much she would receive once the house sale was completed and the details of the bank account she transferred me the money from. Thank you
