We have our milk delivered and to be honest we were very grateful for our deliveries when we couldnt get supermarket deliveries during the first lockdown last year, so we will continue with them.  I leave a cool box on my door step and i freeze an old orange squash bottle as its bigger than a cool block and my milkman puts the milk in the cool box when he delivers in the middle of the night and it stays very fresh this way until we get up at 7am-ish
