I have just been notified by Green energy, my present supplier, that they are increasing their tariffs again in August, after  just increasing them though that increase has been cancelled.
So I went looking for new suppliers using which and the only supplier cheaper than Green is neo. No one else is cheaper, even separate suppliers are not cheaper.
So what are neo like as a supplier?

  • According to Companies House, a year ago it had £34k in the bank and one employee. History has shown that small companies and low prices are not always a good long term bet.

Have you got a quote off them?
I've never come across any third party site (e.g comparison site) offer to switch you to them.

Try looking at separate suppliers if you want to lower your overall cost.
And consider a fixed rate tariff, unless you want to be hit by further price inceases in October.

Must say I considered them a while ago but wasn't impressed that at the time I needed to call them to get a quote and the person on the phone seemed pretty clueless. It's ring alarm bells when even the sales team are inept before you get started!!
  • From all I've seen and heard... they're basically a bunch of scammers.
I would even recommend Symbio over them.

On their website they say they accept bitcoin which also rings alarm bells
