One of my colleagues i see rarely sends me MMS, or more t5han one.

How can i read these with software that i don't have to pay for?

What do i download to my Samsung? please

    Ask your colleague what software they use to create the messages and then load that up?

    They should come through the same way a text does? There's no third party software involved.

    Which Samsung do you have and which network are you on?

    Samsung A3 2016, through the Tesco network :)

    Samsung will receive message text over the network but will require data switched on for the actual picture .
    Phones APN settings may be wrong .
