Hello I purchased a Boots day 2 and day 8 testing kit was due to return to UK, i was unable to make the flight due to poor health and hence remain in Ukraine, i have tried to contact Boots for instructions to pass onto my family for return of the kit and Boots are adamant that i cant return the kits (this was mentioned during the online purchase) as the kits are registered to UK public health authority.
Isn't this against statutory rights or distance selling regulations, the package is unused and cost £160 and stilling sitting in my home in the original postal jiffy bag.
