best way to work out the calories is weigh the coffee mate and see how many cals in that

    then weigh the sugar  etc

coffee doesnt count cos its almost calorie free

you could use splenda or half spoon sugar

    and
    coffee mate lite

Splenda have a big advertising campaign on TV at present ... it's sucrose basically and has been going in America for years.  It only has a fraction of the calories of sugar, looks like sugar and can be used in drinks/cooking, etc.  I've been using it for a while, it's gotta be better for you than Aspartame and other "substitutes".

    It's £4 something for a big jar.

    :)
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS
