Agricultural Property Relief for IHT

Does anyone have any experience of the timelines for these during Covid? I know it can depend upon the complexity but ours is relatively straightforward really (I hope).
Reading the internet - around 20 weeks we should have had some sort of acknowledgement or notice of enquiry but we have heard nothing.
My solicitor says they are badly behind with processing IHT, but there is nothing on the HMRC website to say any such thing. I have chased the solicitor for any kind of acknowledgement or receipt from HMRC so will await a response.
Basically I have posted on here as I haven't found the internet or solicitors websites that helpful in terms of what is happening now. Everything I read seems back to front as to how we have had the estate dealt with. We got probate before IHT has been signed off, wheich if you read the internet it tells you the other way around.
I really do not want to ring and chase it, I just want an idea of when we may know...something?
