Tower retail park

I got a ticket that I have stayed 12 hours in the retail park. Obviously I have bank statements to prove that I went to the retail park and then left went to sainsburys. I explained I live in crayford why would I park there and walk home. I told them to re check the cameras again. They said I left around 7am when I went to the retail park Mcdonald to grab a coffee
I have appeal and requested them to recheck their cameras. Anyone went through similar

They assumed i stayed there but my bank statements show i have left and obv I cannot stay in the car park for 12 hours.

This is very common indeed. Which parking firm and are you still in time to do a POPLA or IAS appeal with your evidence of where you were in between?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
