 Health and Safety:

(i) Prize Provider may require that Winner and Guest attest to having received certain vaccinations, including, without limitation, a COVID-19 vaccination, and provide proof of the same (in a format determined by Sponsor and/or Virgin in its sole discretion) in order to be eligible to win and accept the Grand Prize. In the event Winner or Guest are unable to produce proof of vaccination reasonably satisfactory to Sponsor and/or Virgin, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to an alternate Potential Winner randomly drawn from among the remaining eligible entries.

(ii) In order to ensure Winner and Guest’s safety during the Training and the Sub-Orbital Flight, Sponsor requires that Winner and Guest pass all medical tests customarily administered by Virgin’s medical staff in order to be eligible to win and accept the Grand Prize and any additional medical tests deemed necessary by Virgin’s medical staff. In the event Winner or Guest is unable to satisfactorily pass the medical tests required, then such individual(s) will not be eligible to accept the Grand Prize and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to an alternate Potential Winner randomly drawn from among the remaining eligible entries.

(e) Required Documentation: In addition to any other documentation required by Sponsor pursuant to the Official Rules, including, without limitation, Section 6(A) of the Official Rules, Sponsor requires that Winner and Guest complete, provide and/or sign all documents required by Virgin to be eligible to win and accept the Grand Prize, including, without limitation: Conditions of Carriage, Reciprocal Waiver of Claims, and Informed Consent documents, as updated from time-to-time by Virgin in its sole discretion. In the event Winner and/or Guest fail to timely complete and sign any required documents, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to an alternate Potential Winner randomly drawn from among the remaining eligible entries.
