Definitely try PoPLA. Note that PoPLA codes last for 32 days, although it's not a good idea to post it on a forum where some nasty person could use it to your disadvantage.

Use all the template points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES, and show us your draft before you submit it.

Have you read The Equality Act 2010?  Threaten the with a counter claim for disability discrimination if tey persist.  Tell that that  you will include the landowner in your claim and copy your letter to them.  Hae you complained to your MP?
