    Definitely try Popla , otherwise you will receive a court claim and judges don't like it when defendants fail to follow procedures , especially before any court action

    Have you relied solely on a complaint via Twitter, or have you written to the manager and/or CEO of Costa Plenty?

    Definitely try PoPLA. Note that PoPLA codes last for 32 days, although it's not a good idea to post it on a forum where some nasty person could use it to your disadvantage.

    Have you read The Equality Act 2010?  Threaten the with a counter claim for disability discrimination if tey persist.  Tell that that  you will include the landowner in your claim and copy your letter to them.  Hae you complained to your MP?
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
