AGM queries

Hi, due to Covid our AGM was postponed last year. I have just received notification that this years will be held via a Zoom meeting. There are a high number of owners who are elderly and some do not have access to a computer. We have contacted the MA, as some of were unhappy with this option, they have responded saying that several residents felt uncomfortable in attending in person and for safety this is the option. They have said that residents can join via a phone call but again those hard of hearing maybe disadvantaged.  So I am after advice please:
Can the AGM go ahead via Zoom?
Are a majority of leaseholders required to accept this option, prior to the meeting?
Should the agenda and accompanying paperwork be sent out in a hard copy to all residents or can it also be sent electronically?
Is agreement needed for change to the Company Articles to note that parties agree to electronic meetings?

The MA has submitted the Confirmation certificate to Companies House and it is wrong as it notes 37 shareholders yet there are 36 flats and one share per flat. they have noted two shares for a flat recently purchased and noted a share for the couple rather than the property. Should this be changed or remain until next year?

many thanks
