Issue with Hermes

Cptralls said:Issue resolved, a Hermes employee reached out to me with an email address. After weeks of Hermes telling me the tracking number was wrong via email, I demanded a Manager call. The Manager conceded that I had been given a false tracking number and that their system was designed to block contact from people who didn't have a valid tracking number. The value of the item was refunded to me along with compensation.

please don,t have a go at hermes couriers if you knew what we had to put up with on a daily basis you would pity us at the start of the pandemic when all other delivery companies got bonuses for working we got a pay cut we now deliver parcels for as little as 40p a first class stamp is 73p there are only a few couriers who earn more than min wage i myself have been on less than min wage since xmas and still have to put fuel in van they steal money from couriers every day by sending large items that they downgrade to small banding so they pay us less we do our best but hermes puts so many hoops down for us to jump through it is nearly impossible to do the job0
