Is Russell 2000 Index Fund or ETF available on VanguardInvestor.co.uk? I mean something similar to VTWO or VRTIX ? Thanks. I have been trying to look for it but no luck sofar

You won't find many small cap index funds in the UK, especially ones that invest in overseas markets. The only index fund I know of is Dimensional U.S. Small Companies.0

Try ishares, Blackrock offer a far broader range of ETF's.0

This might be closest 66% US but I can’t quickly plot it on a chart with Russell 2000 to see if it is.
