Does British Gas website (still) have a live-chat feature?
Does British Gas website (still) have a live-chat feature for Customer Support?
I'm certain I used it a few weeks ago, but I can't find the option anywhere now.
This says it doesn't exist. Is that true?

Has it been withdrawn or is it just that the option isn't shown when they are busy? Where would you find it on the website?

p.s. I mean on a Regular desktop PC, not a smartfone app.
I don't have a BG userid and don't want one (leaving).
Nor do I want to spend yet another £10 on a phone call listening to greensleeves for an hour just to have them not do the thing that they said they would do, and have to start all over again the next day!.

Well, on another day on another computer, it is now working.
Still not working on the first. Dunno why - its the same browser (edge) with no adblockers and no viruses. Maybe they blocked my MAC address (as they seem to hate me)!
Anyways, it's a blue button on the bottom-right corner, off the 'Service page', for future reference.
