1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	Pre-Registration: (A) In order to be eligible to win, entrants must go online to absoluteradio.co.uk or planetradio.co.uk/absoluteradio and tell us the following details:   Full name and contact details Submit an entry about a travel experience that went wrong (B) Registering to participate in the Absolute Radio Dave Berry Breakfast Show promotion does not provide any guarantee that your request will be selected to participate in the on-air competition or that you will win a prize.  Shortlisting and being invited to play the on-air game:  (C) The Absolute Radio production team will draw a shortlist of potential contestants at random from the pre-registered entries received. The team will then judge these entries based on the following criteria: The most entertaining, unique and compelling stories. They will select a second shortlist using this criteria. (D) The Absolute Radio production team will contact you to notify you if your entry has been shortlisted and to check your availability to play the on-air game.  (E) Being contacted does not guarantee you will play the on-air game. (F) Being invited to play the on-air game does not guarantee you will win a prize or prizes. (G) If you have been selected to play the on-air game, you must be contactable on the phone number you provided, and on the time and date agreed with the Absolute Radio production team. Pre-registration will be open from 21/07/2021 at 00.01 BST until the close of the competition online entry period on 29/07/2021 at 12.00pm BST.  The competition will air during the Absolute Radio Dave Berry Breakfast Show (“the Show”) with Dave Berry and Matt Dyson (“the presenters”) between 06.00am and 10.00am, Monday to Friday during the competition period stated in section 3.  (I) The contestant will join the presenters on air and the on-air game will start. (J) The presenters will ask the entrant to tell them about the story they submitted online to win the prize.  (K) Refer to Section 5 – Prizes, for more information about how the prizes that have been won will be awarded to the winner.  (L) The entrant will only be deemed a winner, upon entry being selected and are told by the Presenters and Absolute production team that they are a winner.
2.Entry Platforms and Costs	(A)    Registration is restricted to one per person (B)     The only way to be included on the shortlist for a chance to win, is to register online at absoluteradio.co.uk or planetradio.co.uk/absoluteradio (C)     Online entry is free of charge
3. DATES	Start Date and End Date. Pre-registration to play the on-air game will be open from 21/07/2021 at 00.01 (Start Date) to 29/07/2021 at 12.00pm (End Date).  There will be 1x competition round every day from 26/07/2021 (start date) to 30/07/2021 (end date) on Absolute Radio between 06.00am – 10.00am each day.  Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.  Please note, Absolute Radio reserves the right to remove the competition for an event such as a public holiday.  Winner Announcement. The name and the hometown of the winner(s), along with their submitted entry may be announced on Absolute Radio during the broadcast dates and times specified above.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.  One entry per person.  Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.   We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.   If anyone has won a competition on any Bauer Media brand to the value of £500 or more in the past 6 months, they or any person at the winning address will not be eligible to win the competition. THE PRIZE	There will be 1x on-air prize winner per day (5 winners in total across the week from 26/07/2021 – 30/07/2021 between 06:00am - 10:00am each day), who will each win 1x prize consisting of:   £1,500 Expedia.co.uk hotel voucher to be spent on standalone hotels   Use of a false name will result in disqualification.  The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. Once confirmed, any changes including but not limited to name changes, date changes and route changes will be at the prize winner’s expense. The provider of the prize is Expedia,Inc. of 1111 Expedia Group Way West, Seattle, WA 98119, USA (Prize Provider) Prizes should be delivered within 28 days from the point the winner has confirmed their details. Qualifying Bookings: This coupon code discount applies only to stand-alone hotel bookings (not a hotel booking in combination with any other product or offering such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car) made online at www.expedia.co.uk that are pre-paid at the time of booking (subject to the restrictions set out in the terms and conditions below).

Coupon code value: £1,500 off stand-alone hotel booking.   

Minimum Spend: There is no minimum spend. The coupon code can only be used once. It is a single use coupon. Once an eligible transaction is made with the coupon code, the coupon code will expire. In the event your booking is cancelled for any reason, your coupon value will not be refunded and you will not receive a replacement coupon.  

Redemption Period: 26th July 2021 to 25th July 2022

Travel Period: The travel dates must be between 26th July 2021 to 25th July 2023

How to use your coupon code

• You must make your stand-alone hotel booking with Expedia.co.uk. 
• Use the website or the App to search for hotels for your desired stay dates, within the travel period given above.
• During the booking process, you will see the link “Enter coupon code” where you can enter the coupon code.
• Click the "Apply Coupon" button. If your booking is eligible, the applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs. 
• This offer does not apply to multi-room bookings.

B - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions and compliance with the above, the coupon code may be applied to a pre-pay stand-alone hotel only booking (not a hotel booking in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car) made online with expedia.co.uk.  The coupon code can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.  The voucher code cannot be redeemed against package bookings or cottage bookings.
2. The coupon code cannot be redeemed against hotel stays at any pay later bookings, booking of properties offered by VRBO and/ or HomeAway entities and/or EG Vacation Rentals Ireland Limited.  The list of hotels for qualifying bookings may change at any time. 
3. Provided that you spend a minimum of £1,000 (the price of the hotel booking excluding any taxes, fees or additional costs) in one booking, the voucher code entitles you to £1,000 off the price of the relevant hotel booking before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs. 
4. The coupon code may only be used in relation to the first room booked on an eligible single booking.  This means that where the eligible booking includes more than one room, the coupon code will only be applied against the first room in the booking.
5. The coupon code cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
