I don't think it is working correctly.

I entered a few days ago and I got a confirmation email.
My partner tried to enter and it just reloads the page, if you scroll back down, the question is the still there or sometimes has changed, he hasn't received a confirmation, so I don't think it is actually going through and people might get different questions, so not necessarily a new question a day, just a new survey question generated.

You don't enter on Twitter. Twitter just has a link to the form in the OP which isn't working properly.
