Frontline health and care staff can work rather than self-isolate question.

I have been told to isolate as someone i live with has tested positive for corona virus. The new rules say i can return to work if i test negative with a pcr test but i must continue to isolate when at home from work. My job requires me to support people out of their home for exercise or shopping for example.
My question is; can i do this, or am i required to isolate at work too?
