Chargeback against Binance

Hi MSE,
I moved 5K from my bank to Binance, the crypto exchange, mid-April.
Binanace have now removed all BG customers ability to withdraw money back to their UK banks, or any UK financial institution.
Can I put in a chargeback to recover my money?
