Hi can someone give me advice. We put 8000 down on a coffee pod in early February 2021. We were told that we wanted it by end April we have to put it down then, so we did. It is now the end of July and we still don't have a date for collection. We no longer want to go through with it as our plans have changed due to still not receiving the pod. We have missed the summer trading and will be holding on to a coffee pod that is just sitting in the driveway. We have therefore lost trading for this year as all the suitable spots to stand the pod have been taking. They are reusing to give us a refund.

This sounds like it is a business transaction. You will have to check the terms and conditions regarding late delivery and cancellation.0
