It is a start, but they could oh so easily go one step further, and regulate the fee`s applicable to IVA`s, something inline with the £90 a DRO costs to implement, that would remove the majority of these cowboys overnight, level the playing field so to speak.

The problem is that the FCA has limited power over Insolvency Practitioners and so this is just them nibbling round the edges. But better than nothing.1
