2021/2022 Tax Credit Award letter

I completed my declaration on line last month (no changes to declare), but am still waiting to receive my award letter. Anyone else still waiting or should I contact HMRC to check it?

They could well be under staffed like a lot of places at the moment due to obvious reasons. You will receive it eventually. If it's been completed then you can check online and any payment changes will show on there. Other than that you just need to wait.
