Just want to thank Apple On-line for some excellent service. i ordered an ipod from their refurbishment store on wednesday and by friday morning i had recieved my immaculatly packaged item in my hands. 49 hours after i made the order, 5 emails and a phone call just to make sure someone was there to take the delivery. Best bit of customer service i've recieved from any company and i will definatly say i will be shopping with them again.

I've heard that their support for iPods is excellent too. I bet it's deliberate to show you how much better they are than MS - ever tried ringing them up?0
