Cheap Energy Club has not been working for me for a few days now
Anyone experienceing the same. When I click on either "See all your top deals" or See all your deals" I receive a page with the following message:
Oops! We've had an accident...
Cheap Energy Club is currently down. Our techies are working furiously to fix the issue and we're hoping to be back up soon.
Thanks for your patience!

Working for me now2

I have been subscribed since it started and it has never worked for me properly. I've tried several times and always got a better deal elsewhere. I suspect the weighted average usage used for the comparison is the problem0

This is what I see

I suggest the following:
1.Clear your cache
2. Logon by using the following link (not one you may have bookmarked):
https://clubs.moneysavingexpert.com/cheapenergyclub
You should then see a page with the following options:
Pick Me A Tariff Every Year / Pick Me A Tariff / DIY Comparison
Below that, you should see "Your tariffs"
Check these details carefully and ensure they are up to date. If you have historical, out of date details specified, you may see an error message when you try to search for results. You can edit your tariff details from there.
Once you are certain that is all correct, then on choosing "DIY Comparison" you should see two option tabs:
Show Full Market Comparison / MSE Top Picks
with the respective results
If you have any filters set, you will be notified of this.
If you are still experiencing issues, then:
3. Click "Support" and then "Contact Us" , where you can log your issue and include up to 5 images / files.
That's the best way to report your issue as MSE staff don't routinely read these boards.

I've cleared my cache and logged in with the link you have provided and see the same "See all your top deals" or See all your deals" clicking on eithr of these gets the same error message.
I sent a screen shot yesterday through the support pop and reported it again giving the thread URL{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature please contact the Forum Team}

I have discovered the issue. The software does not work with small monthly usage amounts. I was using value i.e pounds for a flat which is to undergo light refurb and then put on the market. It will probably stand empty for a year or longer until a sale completes so was looking for a tariff with no standing charge and no exit fee in case the sale completes before the contract is up. So the functionality of Energy Club is no good for this scenario and probably for those that have second homes which are not used a lot.

Your problem was probably that you had set your monthly payment less than it could feasibly be due to the cost of standing charges.
I have just checked the software myself, choosing a tariff with zero standing charges, and it works fine with a value as low as £1.00 per month.
- but if you choose a tariff with higher standing charges, then the details you have input were wrong, and so an "accident" occurs.
GIGO.
Btw, the best way to get results out of any comparison site is to use kWh per year.
They all work with a figure as low as 1kWh per year per registry afaik.
But you will probably use more than that for (a) refurbishment purposes and (b) preventing it from freezing up over winter. Most insurance poilicies require an unoccupied property to be maintained at least to a certain temperature over winter months.
