So I have a 118 credit card that I use for fuel and snacks at work and pay off in full every month tried to log into app which is shocking at best of times just goes blank.
I’ve then also tried website just says error rang them said we are having problems with systems at the moment since Saturday I said well can’t see what my payment date is and wont let me make a payment can I make a payment over the phone she said see couldn’t take payment either I’d have to wait until system is back up.
so is there any other way I could pay or do I have to wait I think payment is due in 2 weeks I don’t have a direct debit up I know I should,my other cards I can normally just pay through my bank could I do that just don’t wanna get into a mess as trying to rebuild history and definitely don’t want to miss a payment or incur interest.

All accepted payment methods should be stated on your most recent statement, including bank details for a bank transfer. I'd probably also set up a DD for future anyway - it possibly might even be set up in time if the bill is due >10 working days from now. Otherwise I would make a formal complaint the next time you call up and try to pay, so there is a record that the reason you haven't paid is because of their system issues, not due to anything that you've done.0

Thanks for the reply I can’t check anything the statements are on the app looked through my emails don’t seem to have any but can’t check nothing from app.
didn’t know if it’s worth finding there bank details and see if I can transfer that way or maybe to risky if Systems are down spoke with someone through online chat and had it emailed as proof just want to get it paid ASAP and yeah as soon as I can I’ll set up a direct debit.

So what information would I need to long card number as reference I’m terrible with these things as you can tell.
