That's exactly what she's done and she's been reported to social services by a few different people, but not sure what will happen next as we don't speak to her now after this and they won't disclose any information about the case anyway for obvious reasons. When my wife was there, we had a social worker visit to check on them, even she said the mother wasn't entitled to any of the money while she was gone and was trying to sort it out.Spoonie_Turtle said:It's another thing to throw into the mess but upping and leaving two vulnerable adults to fend for themselves is at the very least negligent, if not criminal. I don't have any help to add for your wife's situation but I wish you both all the best in trying to extricate her from this woman's abusive control.
It went quiet for about a month, then the mother bursts back onto the scene in tears because her dream life was over and now she's after revenge. The whole situation is just a nightmare.0
