Do any hotels heat their out door pools in mid April?

I regularly visit the Canary Islands and have found very few heated pools at all, many resorts say they have bylaws against excessive use of power and cannot spend energy heating pools when people also want air con in their rooms. It tends to be places with very small pools that do heat them. I’ve been in unheated pools in June before that have been uncomfortably cold for me , but then the Canaries tend to be more moderate heat wise all year round, so don’t necessarily get the extremely high temperatures need to keep a pool warm.richardw said:
