S20 fe Screen brightness

I've got a 2week ogo s20 fe and everything is good until I go outside and its unusable, you can't see the screen as it goes so dark.ive tried adaptive brightness on and off and either way when I restart the handset once ots reboots its nice and bright when outside but then after 5secs it's goes very difficult to see then 5secs later you can't see even to type on Google, 
Also its not on power saving mode either
very frustrating  and would appreciate any help, btw if it helps its the snapdragon version

I'd try either the Techie board or the Phones board.

Are you sure the screen actually goes dark, or does it just seem this way against daylight glare and/or sun?

Mine is nigh-on impossible to see when outside - it appears to have faded - but the actual screen brightness is unchanged.

I thought I had put it in mobiles section, I'm guessing it is still the same but surely it should brighten up so I can see it, as I say once I restart it its nice and bright for a few seconds then dulls down

Can someone please move this too the proper section for me or tell me how to do it myself

Read the reviews for your phone (or whatever it is) and see what it says about outdoor screen clarity.

No on will move it just because you ask in the thread; you can send a PM to a board guide (@nile and @silvercar) and ask one of them to move it.
