Online order - postage not refunded

Hello
I ordered an item online costing £17 in total. The item arrived but it was damaged.
The company agreed to send a replacement. However, they later claimed the replacement was lost in the post. They have refunded me for the item cost but not the postage (£5).
Where do I stand with this?
Thanks

They failed to fulfill contract and should refund all costs to you which aren't consequential. e.g. put you back to exactly where you were financially before purchase = £22 refund.0
