In the template letter it says that you have to send statements from when the first payment went out . That would be 100s , surely not all ? Can anyone be of help? Am I reading it wrong .

You can't reclaim bank charges.
But if you're in current hardship, you can ask them what help they can offer.0 -
The banks won the court case in 2009 in respect of bank charges. Since then it has only been possible if the charges were applied incorrectly or in current financial hardship. You don't need to supply statements in respect of current hardship cases.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

If you mean you want to complain about a package bank account, you don't need to send statements, just send your complaint in. Statements are only needed if the bank doesn't hold them and if the account is current or closed recently they will still have them.0
