How to switch bank account to TSB?

I recently opened a TSB Current account (spend and save account) and now have full internet banking access incl phone app access. I want to switch an old HSBC current account to the new TSB account but can't seem to do this online. If i log into TSB regular desktop banking, there is a link on the right about switching banking to TSB but it simply takes me to this page. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I can't see any option for account switching in the smartphone app

Gave it a quick look (not that I'm looking to switch) and I have the same problem - the online switch form seems broken for me on both the website and through the app. You might be able to do it over the phone or in branch instead?

If you switch the HSBC in, the TSB account your only other account? 

It’s usually wise to have at least two accounts each with a different banking group.

I certainly wouldn’t rely on TSB as my only account.

I did just that begining July, switched went through last Monday without problems.

Was on the phone to TSB yesterday but they kept me waiting for 30 mins without answering so I gave up. Very poor experience so far, a world away from Nationwide & First Direct who I mainly bank with). I think I'll manually close my HSBC account as i don't have any DDs or payment beneficiaries to transfer over (HSBC is backup account and same will apply to the TSB account).

Not that it helps but it must only be recently broken. My wife switched a soon to be closed M&S account to TSB about ten days ago. All done online.
