As per the title, if a company (Tonrin Homes Ltd) has been dissolved, how do I go about finding who to apply to with regards to covenants about a rear extension?
or am I better off just not doing it?
Covenants we’re included on a new build in 1978, lots of the neighbours have changed their houses against all of the covenants.
thanks in advance

The benefit of the covenants is an asset which does not cease to exist with the winding-up of the company (or on the death of an individual), but can be sold or bequeathed like any other.
Who owns it now? No idea. I bet they don't know, either. And, if they do, will they care...?2 -

What did the neighbours do about it? If it's "nothing", and nothing bad has happened to them, then that's kinda your answer. Even if there is somebody who has the covenant, why would they care so much about your extension to invest time and money to get it taken down?1
