New ford focus lease 45/month £540 Initial payment - must be a typo?

I came across this but it looks too good to be true. I'm not familiar with the world of car leasing (or Ford Focus') so I'm not sure what to make of it:

It'll be a typo - if you change the mileage up a level or down a level you can see the prices are in the hundreds - it'll be a glitch just on that mileage - and if you got it for that price I'd buy you a chocolate eclair.
