I live 5 mins away in my own home. The executors have said it will be sold so hopefully they just get on with it. I can’t wait for this to be over so I can sell my house and move away.wilfred30 said:If she moves in and refuses to move out again, good luck selling it.

The executors may well say that but don't underestimate the negative impact she could have on the sale if she chooses to. If she is present at the viewings, she could easily put buyers off in order to stay there longer. Just be aware of the possibility.1
