Who is responsible for organising return?

I've looked in the stickies and can't find an answer to this. I wonder if someone can help me.

I placed an order with a company online and received my order today. On opening it, it's not my stuff, clearly I've been sent the wrong box. No problem, it happens. I spoke to customer services who have organised for my actual order to be sent. They told me to return the wrong product via their usual returns process. The problem is, that's a real hassle for me. I live in the sticks and the nearest PO is some miles away. I can only get to it on a Saturday morning, plus I have to pay parking. I have no interest in keeping the products sent in error - they are welcome to have them back. But am I within my rights to insist they send a courier rather than put me to all this inconvenience. FYI they have not offered any goodwill, other than free delivery if I order again. Thanks, M

    72p for a collection.

My understanding is that if the terms state rejected goods are to be returned rather than collected then this is what must be done, but the company must cover all reasonable costs.
